Salon Policies

APPOINTMENTS CANCELLATION

 As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, please let us know at least 24 Hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we regret that we must charge for any missed appointments that are not cancelled within 6 hours of the schedule appointed time.

FOR YOUR SAFETY

If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, heart ailments or any Other health conditions that would affect your choice of services, please notify our reservation department at the time of booking your appointment to allow us to personalize your spa experience. As an added precaution. It's best to also inform or staff upon your arrival.

AGE

AH Salon experience is designed for guests above 18years and older. Younger guests may enjoy services in the salon.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit/debit cards. Gift certicates must be presented upon arrival.

SALON GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your hair or body care service, Please let us know and we will either correct or repeat the service at no charge.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

Loyalty discount is not applicable on top of any other promotion or offers which have higher discounts, though redemption point can be accumulated.

KIDS

An adult must accompany all children under age of 12 at all times. Children may not be left alone in the lobby waiting area at any time. Children are NOT Permitted to join the parent on the salon door during parents hair service for the safety of the child, parent and salon staff.

SALON ARRIVAL

We recommend that you arrive at the salon 15 minutes prior to your Drst scheduled appointment as allow us to have a brief consultation with you about your treatment.

SALON ETIQUETTE

Please respect all salon guest's right to privacy and serenity.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

ADVANCED BOOKINGS

We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.

TREATMENT CHARGES

Al treatment will be charged at the price current at the date of treatment (unless otherwise agreed).

REFRESHMENTS

  • Free foot massage if the waiting period is more than one hour

  • Wet tissues & chocolates at the reception 

  • Hot or cold napkins before any service 

  • Sip on a range of drinks, tea/coffee and other refreshment while in service 

  • Mini meal (Cuppo Noodles) for any service longer than 2 hrs

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

  • Consumption of alcohol is not recommended before treatment 

  • Alcohol is not allowed inside the spa 

  • Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation or Hair removal service AH Salon is a smoke free environment 

  • We recommend that you leave valuables behind 

  • AH Salon is a cell phone free experience 

  • Parking is complimentary with spa and salon services 

  • Photography and videography is prohibited​
